Person to edit events list

You really don't need to be an "editor" for this because you will simply "remove" content and reword it into a short descriptive sentence (or two at the max). I'm looking for someone to take a list of about 50 events and condense it down for smaller content area for one of my web sites. Here is what I'm looking for:

I will email you a list of events; usually about 50.
You will:
1.    Delete unwanted text from each paragraph,
2.    Condense description; Edit and save a few sentences so it still makes sense.
3.    Then make the paragraph narrower to look better on web page.
4.    Modify and delete any extra dates.
5.    Deliver to me via email as a word document attachment.
See a sample web page at: http://www.twinportslife.com/events but know I want a one sentence description for each and this page doesn’t show this on all events.
Also, to get details on what I’m looking for, visit: www.terscotthires.blogspot.com. You may need to search for the post that describes this position.
Here’s what I’m looking for. You’ll get a list of about 50 short descriptive paragraphs of events like this one:
Sep 1st: Big Top Chautauqua present's "Big Top by Request"
Time: 7:30 pm
Last year we asked our fans to tell us which songs were their favorites from the last 25 years of Big Top Chautauqua musicals and Blue Canvas Orchestra originals. We had lots of responses from fans far and wide. We’ll start there and give you all another chance to weigh in on your favorites before New First Night. If we can figure out this Twitter thing, you might even be able to vote for your favorites during the live show – but no promises. Join the Blue Canvas Orchestra as they perform the music you’ve identified as the best of the best. Will you hear “Riding the Wind?”, “Backyard Blues?” “Moon Shadow?” “The Water’s Fine?” “That one about the messed up hair on the Amtrack train?” Stay tuned! Tickets: $22/$11. Event is held at the Big Top Chautauqua on Mt. Ashwabay in Bayfield, WI.

Then make the paragraph narrower to look better on web page;
being sure that the line breaks make sense (no abbreviations):

Sep 1st: Big Top Chautauqua present's
"Big Top by Request"Time: 7:30 pm
Join the Blue Canvas Orchestra as they perform the music
you’ve identified as the best of the best from your requests!
Tickets: $22/$11. Event is held at the Big Top Chautauqua on
Mt. Ashwabay in Bayfield, WI.

Modify and delete any extra dates.
Some events are for several weekends. When you find the event runs on more than this one date,
simply add to this event listing and delete all others so there are no repetitions. Here is an example (highlighted here only so you can see the change):

Sep 1st and Sep 8: Big Top Chautauqua present's
"Big Top by Request"Time: 7:30 pm
Join the Blue Canvas Orchestra as they perform the music
you’ve identified as the best of the best from your requests!

Mt. Ashwabay in Bayfield, WI.

Deliver to me via email as a word document attachment.
That’s it!
Email it to me in a word document before the deadline and I’ll send payment immediately.
Later I may need you to copy the hyperlink (in this case: http://www.bigtop.org) and make the title a link to the site: Sep 1st: Big Top Chautauqua present's "Big Top by Request"
I’ve tried to be as clear as possible to save you time with this. If necessary I can offer descriptive step by step “manual” for more clarity if needed. If you have questions, please feel free to email me.
Thanks. Ter Scott AD KING LLC
